Have had open account for a few years, now portal doesn't recognize me, reset password but still no luck ??????????
app is in slomo mode. I keep getting notifications but cannot view. PC takes forever to log in. This program is useless when you cannot access the notifications. What can I do to correct this problem? A dissatisfied customer.
I cannot log in to my account. I have changed my password several times. Once it was accepted and then still could not get logged in. Other times it responds does NOT recognize password. Can you please get the rectified for me.
I completed my login but it says I made an error either in my login or password. I need help

App coding is showing

So I’m supposed to get results from the hospital, but there’s no place that can show me results on this app. It says the information click the tab, I do, and there’s nothing but coding listing of multiple hospitals and phone numbers. The phone number I called for the local hospital are used. Hospitals in Las Cruces is the administration can’t handle questions about the app.
How safe is my information is showing. I would love to show you a picture but I don’t think I can.
Horrendous App

The most difficult app to use. I am a retired IT professional with 40 years experience. This app is sooooo difficult to navigate. I created an account, but can not get to my records. The FAQ says “ Once you have created your MyHealthHome account, link your patient profile and you will see your clinical records when you click on your name after linking.”
NOWHERE does the app tell the user where or how to link profile. Nor link to what.
A nightmare.

Absolutely horrible!! For this to be an app where you can access your medical records and results- it has been the most difficult, not user friendly, and complete waste of my time!! There is absolutely nothing you can actually see on here! My advice- DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS CRAP! Go request your medical records from the facility instead!
