My OA app is not working. Samsung says there is a bug in it and to try back another day. This has been happening for the past 3 days. It has also happened before, but I've been able to get back in after a day or so. Currently, I can get in but when I go to a specific program, it crashes. I have tried to reinstall the app, but it keeps crashing. I have also cleared data storage and force stopped the app to no success. This is an Android phone. Thank you for your help.
