Close and restart the Voomoo app on iPhone
Update Voomoo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Voomoo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Voomoo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Voomoo app issues:

Force Stop the Voomoo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Voomoo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Voomoo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Voomoo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Voomoo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Voomoo.

Fix Voomoo unable to contact server/ Voomoo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Voomoo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Voomoo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Voomoo on android.
