How to fix Troon app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Troon app on iPhone
Update Troon app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Troon iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Troon on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Troon network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Fix Troon not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Troon app issues:

Force Stop the Troon App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Troon app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Troon to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Troon App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Troon app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Troon.

Fix Troon unable to contact server/ Troon internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Troon » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Troon » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Troon on android.
