I tried using my card today after a few hours of trying to load money on to it just to have it not work even with more than enough funds on it

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Ugami app issues:

Force Stop the Ugami App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Ugami app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Ugami to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ugami App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Ugami app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Ugami.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Ugami » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Ugami » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
