Just created an account, and now it won’t log me in because it is saying my login is incorrect.
Yesterday I tried logging in on the Amazon Flex Debit Card App. I usually use the finger print to log in. However it wasn't reading my finger print. So I tried entering my password. It told me the password was incorrect. I then tried resetting my password. That's where I ran into trouble. It keeps throwing error messages, telling me the password can't be reset at this time. It's been nearly 24 hours and I still can't get into it. All of my money is in a vault too! I can't get into it to even try chatting with an agent!
Your app is still not working. It’s been 2 days. And when you try to call and use the automated system to get your balance, you can’t. It’s not even an option!! So then you wait on hold and if your lucky, talk to someone with a horrible phone connection who tries to help you. And if they are closed for the day, you are just out of luck. I understand that things happen, but to be down now for days, is unacceptable.
i haven’t been able to login for two days. i’ve done everything the troubleshooting says to do. i’m very annoyed. can’t take anything out of my vault to pay bills… fuckin do better!
Called 855-676-0768, Amazon Flex customer support, and was told to wait for a while and try logging in again. Try logging in to my account this morning but still not working at all. This is a piece of junk. I'm gonna close the account once it's fixed.

Called and spoke to someone at Green dot bank yesterday. Said they are trying to fix the app and try back in a few hours. It’s been down since Friday 4/21 morning and I haven’t been able to get in since the night before. This is complete BS that you can’t get into a bank app for more than 24 hours and can log in anywhere else. So pissed and will be calling again to see wtf is going on.

Same Issue here and I totally agree with William! The app and the Green Dot bank are both incompetent to work with or to contact. I tried to contact both several times and finally, after one hour, someone picked up the phone. Too bad the person barely spoke English and it took only a few minutes before the call was disconnected (most likely on purpose because the Issue was too difficult to help me with). So based on these repeated experiences how should I trust the Green Dot bank? As soon as this is fixed I'll be going back to my primary bank.

Hi, My flex card app is not working. It will not allow me to log in. When I click the having trouble logging in button, it states to try again later and the error is on their end.

your app doesn't work. it won't allow me to sign in. I've cleared my cache, uninstalled/reinstalled, etc, the basic fixes your awful IT department suggested, and it still won't work. FIX YOUR SHIT. I guess it's not enough that my realistic driver safety concerns have been ignored for 3 months and counting, you also don't care that your app refuses to let people login to activate and use the card. fix your fucking problem and fire the IT rep, the one that gives generic advice that doesn't solve the problem, when loyal flex drivers call you out in the google play store. you're customer service/IT is a joke. how about you have real people address the problem instead of bots??
