Have only had success using Crocs once or twice. I have tried to make 2 orders. Apple Pay is an option, but I can’t pay. Every time I try to log in I have to select “forgot my password” and create a new one because it doesn’t offer the option to save my password and I select a “strong password” and there is no way to remember it. Today is a new one. I want to buy another pair and it won’t add it to my cart now. Earlier today I got it in my cart, but when I went to my cart it wouldn’t load. I am getting very frustrated.

I have never had any issues browsing and buying this app. Crocs is easy to use and I enjoy shopping on the website with my husband after work. this app are my favorite shoe and keep up the great work.

1.) the site/app doesn’t have a state side option in the shipping/billing drop down menu. Military overseas purchases that rely of APO shipping doesn’t have “AP- Armed Forces Pacific” or “AE -Armed Forces Europe” as a drop down option.

2.) Crocs is slow to respond to clicks but works and the layout is nice.

3.) when trying to write a review “in app” the font is white letters on a white background. I think it’s because my default settings is dark mode. Could be a bug.

Why does a different size then I selected get put into the cart?There are other problems but how can I order anything if the size is incorrect? I want to make a purchase but I want what I selected. I have tried Crocs on my iPhone and IPad . No success. I have reset them to make certain there were no glitches. I even deleted and reinstalled it. I emailed this app for help. They just said wait and try again and try a different device. So no help there. Help, please. I’m being closed out. Livey

As per the website, the only way to purchase a featured sandal is via Crocs . I downloaded Crocs and am unable to populate my items into the cart or wishlist. It kept directing me to the Sign-up/register page. Frustrating. I chatted w/ customer service and they are unable to to take said order via chat; “wait until tomorrow to see if it works”….Crocs and the customer service number do not work; and the customer chat rep can’t offer any remedy….ugh

I always end up having to order on the website instead. Crocs is very buggy, has problems loading, it’s logged me out and then when I log back it it refreshes itself and logs me out within two seconds. Not a great buying experience but I’m holding out for them to work out the issues considering it’s a new app still. this app has my heart but the this app app does not.

Crocs isn’t the greatest, but i believe it will get there. There’s a few bugs but hopefully the devs tackle them. One i keep bumping into is that i cannot track my orders on Crocs . Every time i click the button it doesn't react. Also it won’t show me my order history either, it just brings me to a blank page.

This is so user friendly and easy to find what I want! Great user experience. Checkout was a breeze.

Super excited when I got the text saying there was an app, but it has some bugs that need to be fixed. It won’t allow me to add items to a wishlist and doesn’t react when I click things. Once all the bugs are worked out I think it will be really great!

It’s a good start. It just needs more improvement within the software. It is every slow when it comes to adding items to cart or even wishlist. It also lags when you try to sign in or even make an account. Lastly Some items do not upload. Just needs improve my and it will be a good app!

They canceled my order and they did not return my money or say how many days it takes to return the money they did not even contact me to tell me what the fault was or if I wanted to change the model of my this app for another one if anything and they did not have the model that I asked.

I thought Crocs was easy enough to use but I also thought finding what I needed from the website was equally easy. However, very disappointed that most pairs of clogs that I clicked on we’re excluded from the 30% off first time discount from using Crocs . What’s that about?! 😒

There are current issues when trying to filter different croc options. Getting a “seems like we’re having some connectivity issues”. This has been happening for some time now.

I’ve had to order on the website instead of Crocs because the shopping cart keeps loading but never fully loads, it just spins. Love love love this app though!! 🤩

I’m trying to track my order but when I click on it I get a blank screen. When I press details the info shows briefly then disappears. Can you correct this please. I’m about to uninstall Crocs. A waist of time.

Once you start wearing this app , you won’t be able to stop 😩😁😁 Love them ! Always have to take advantage of a deal!

I love this app I would where them anywhere no matter where I’m at I just slip them on just to go outside I really hate shoes lol

I love having all of the Croc options in my hand but my wish list keeps disappearing and I am not able open my order information for tracking. I know it’s new so there will be a few bugs that need worked out but it is still a bit frustrating.

I’ve been buying this app for years and their customer service is what keeps me coming back! They’re so awesome!

Crocs makes it even easier to order another pair. And another pair. This feels almost dangerous for my wallet. I can’t wait! 😇
