I really want this to work

Why does a different size then I selected get put into the cart?There are other problems but how can I order anything if the size is incorrect? I want to make a purchase but I want what I selected. I have tried this app on my iPhone and IPad . No success. I have reset them to make certain there were no glitches. I even deleted and reinstalled it. I emailed Crocs for help. They just said wait and try again and try a different device. So no help there. Help, please. I’m being closed out. Livey

As per the website, the only way to purchase a featured sandal is via the app. I downloaded the app and am unable to populate my items into the cart or wishlist. It kept directing me to the Sign-up/register page. Frustrating. I chatted w/ customer service and they are unable to to take said order via chat; “wait until tomorrow to see if it works”….the app and the customer service number do not work; and the customer chat rep can’t offer any remedy….ugh

I love having all of the Croc options in my hand but my wish list keeps disappearing and I am not able open my order information for tracking. I know it’s new so there will be a few bugs that need worked out but it is still a bit frustrating.
