It’s unfortunate but the new H‑E‑B in town will likely get more business because it’s extremely easy to shop online using their app. Contrarily, I do not have an easy time shopping United/MarketStreet using their app. I generally experience lags when trying to add things to my cart and the search engine including filter/sort is not that great. Today, I have tried adding tons of coupons while shopping in ShopUnitedSupermarkets but it’s not registering. When I go to my cart, it’s like I never clicked the coupon so I’m afraid to checkout b/c I don’t know if the discount will be added. In addition, it is a pain to try to navigate the sales page as I seem to have to always start over when I view one category and add something to my cart. United really needs to up their game to compete with H‑E‑B in terms of online app shopping.

Apparently all the United grocery apps got an overhaul recently and it is SO GOOD now! There are some nice new features, especially with your Rewards account, and the interface is more standard and similar to other grocery shopping apps. It’s super easy to login and navigate so now I can setup my weekly grocery trip from anywhere... couch, car, bed. Lol. Give it another try, it’s waaaay worth it!

ShopUnitedSupermarkets is useless to me. I get my order ready to turn in for pickup, then click to check out, and it doesn’t carry over to the website for completion. Or I’ll have a few things found on ShopUnitedSupermarkets , go to online to find others, and it doesn’t carry my list from ShopUnitedSupermarkets to online. It is frustrating and useless to me, so I’ve been doing all my shopping at Walmart, trying to stay out of the stores as much as possible. There are things I prefer from United or can only get there. I’m just doing without them. Sad. You need to check out Walmart’s app and make yours more user friendly.

ShopUnitedSupermarkets is helpful to remember which items have coupons online. Very slow sometimes in loading the coupons and what is available.

Who has enough time to get through ShopUnitedSupermarkets.
There should be a link to “my cart” on every page.
If you say it’s there, fine, where?
If I search for peanut butter, I also get anything to do with peanuts, butter, margarine, etc.
I could walk the whole store before getting through ShopUnitedSupermarkets.
You’re not helping me shop.
Give up and start over.

Forget about the stars

There have been a lot of improvements to ShopUnitedSupermarkets , but it still has issues. I spend the time to clip coupons, but they aren’t used when I do an online order for pick up. Why are they only available if I shop in store?

This has always been the most aggravating app I have. Every time I go to log in with the finger print recognition it always tells me the password is wrong. I have to reset the password. If you’re going to have the log in with finger print feature, it should work. I end up getting my groceries off the Walmart app. I hate shopping Walmart, but at least ShopUnitedSupermarkets is convenient and it works.

This updated app is definitely a winner. Has helped tremendously with managing my weekly shopping. Really appreciate the speed in which it loads. Love how I can track my rewards points for free gas!!!

Deleted ShopUnitedSupermarkets . Reinstalled ShopUnitedSupermarkets . Still frozen on login screen. Nothing responds. Deleted ShopUnitedSupermarkets . Rebooted the iPhone. Reinstalled ShopUnitedSupermarkets . Login screen still frozen. Fix it!!!

This new app for United is Super Easy! It is fast and easy to use! Much improved! It makes shopping online really quick! I love the coupons!!

ShopUnitedSupermarkets is completely unusable. You cannot sign in or reset your password after they send you the link. I would definitely recommend that you have a working app before forcing people to clip their coupons from there. The deals are not even worth the hassle of putting up with this application.

ShopUnitedSupermarkets is a disaster! When I search for items by department the menus don’t show anything. Let’s say you go to produce>fresh fruits>apples>view all...it says there are no items to show. But if you use the search function for a specific type of apple, you can find it. Super frustrating and not at all user friendly!

I redownloaded after continuing to get errors while trying to view the weekly ad from the website. Also got errors when linking from United email to weekly ad. (Website is riddled with bugs too). App isn’t even functional. Can’t view weekly ad, coupons, or deals.

Tried signing in and it won’t let me. Say the email or password is incorrect. Tried again after resetting password with same results. So tried signing up again and getting “spend” error message. What the heck is wrong with ShopUnitedSupermarkets. Fix it please. Am forced to shop Walmart because of this. 😔

I have clipped free coupons that I got from shopping before that I'm excited to redeem. Everything is on my phone and I checked them, The moment I got to the store the coupons are nowhere to be found!! I tried signing in on browser too and it loads so slowly it wouldn't show

Does not load 95% of the time and when it does, it failed to let me create an account. I deleted ShopUnitedSupermarkets and redownloaded it only to see that it now registered my email but still won’t let me log in even if I reset my password. Would not recommend.

About every 6 months have a white screen so I delete ShopUnitedSupermarkets reinstall it again it’s getting old why and what should I do to stop that from happening again I’m about to start shopping HEB.

I’m giving ShopUnitedSupermarkets 1 star because like so many apps that claim to support iPadOS, it doesn’t support landscape orientation. I use my iPad 100% in landscape mode (with a keyboard and touchpad) as laptop replacement so I’m unable to use ShopUnitedSupermarkets .

Developers, *please* add landscape mode in a future release.

Could you please add the ability to store our rewards card in the Wallet app? Thanks!

This is not a good app for a number of reasons. Can’t ADD to orders, but it allows you to ‘edit’ them. If you place an order it will not notify you if an item is unavailable. It will just remove it from the order.
