Bezel itself is a great concept and it has a great interface and is easy to use. However both times I’ve tried to purchase a watch through them they have told me the watch is no longer available and it had already been sold so essentially they are marketing watches that they don’t really have to sell. I get that they are a third party but you have to list only watches that you currently can sell to the consumer or it creates a negative consumer experience and for it to happen back to back on both watches I tried to purchase in a 3 month span is pretty bad. Down the road I think this will be a great app, but they need to fix some things obviously for the consumer to have a better experience.

This was my first time buying a watch online and I have to say that the experience was very professional.
The authentication process ensures and legitimizes the purchase but I have to say that the biggest help was from my this app ambassador Chris Benedetto. He was knowledgeable and answered all the right questions. They are definitely the place to grow my collection in the future.

As a buyer of two watches on the site and as a first time watch buyer, I can say firmly that this is a phenomenal app, with an easy-to-navigate interface that gives high levels of visibility into the process of buying, from choosing/sourcing the watch, all the way through to authenticating/delivering. I won an auction for a Breitling Avenger 43 from another platform(site), and decided to give this app a try. I like the this app site, either bid on a timepiece or search and find your favorite through their search engine. Long story short, my this app associate was Blake R. He was fantastic, very responsive and even took the time to give insight on questions I had. The purchase process was very fast, organized and very thorough. I highly recommend this app, the Omega planet ocean I purchased was presented w-clear, consise photos. No hidden fees, charges etc. I also asked for the watch to be delivered to a fedex store for pickup, didn’t want it sitting on my porch for a pirate to snag it. If your on the fence about buying or bidding from this app, don’t sweat it,DO IT!!

I just purchased an “almost new” Rolex Yachtmaster from this app. I was a little worried about a relatively big purchase being done online - however their professionalism throughout and assurances as well as the ability to use credit cards (no fee!) was enough for me to try. I wanted to own Rolex watch for all my life because my father had one but it went to my older brother after he passed away. this app, especially Chris, made my dream comes true. I have looked for a reasonable priced Rolex two toned datejust for weeks but could not find anything that fitted my requirements and budget until Chris from this app reached out to me. I got my gorgeous Rolex today with his help. The watch is so beautiful and is in excellent condition. The price is very reasonable. I will never buy a watch another way. No more getting in the car, driving or taking a subway to the watch store only to wait for someone to help me and then question whether I am a “real” buyer that has the wherewithal to buy a collectible timepiece. I have been interested in watches for a very long time and like many others, I started my journey buying pieces in the lower price range. I knew I wanted to step up a bit into a more luxury-type brand but found myself very overwhelmed with the whole process.

In my experience, by far the easiest app out there to find your next watch, new or used. Interface is very modern and clean and very user friendly. Many unique collections available that are updated regularly if you need some inspiration. Highly recommend this app!
