The app itself is a great concept and it has a great interface and is easy to use. However both times I’ve tried to purchase a watch through them they have told me the watch is no longer available and it had already been sold so essentially they are marketing watches that they don’t really have to sell. I get that they are a third party but you have to list only watches that you currently can sell to the consumer or it creates a negative consumer experience and for it to happen back to back on both watches I tried to purchase in a 3 month span is pretty bad. Down the road I think this will be a great app, but they need to fix some things obviously for the consumer to have a better experience.

Cannot say enough good things about Bezel.

If you are even a little bit into watches this app is an amazing resource. It is 100% five star service from beginning to end.

Browsing Bezels large and diverse collection of watches is a fun way to kill time for any watch enthusiast, and it will help newcomers to really ramp up their knowledge of the luxury watch world.

When it comes to buying a piece, I could not be more happy that I chose to go through Bezel. I purchased an “Unworn” Omega Seamaster 300 and the watch arrived within 4 days exactly as advertised: Not a scratch or mark on it, with full box, papers, and warranty. Even more importantly, BezeI allowed me to secure the piece at over a 20% discount to boutique prices.

I won an auction for a Breitling Avenger 43 from another platform(site), and decided to give bezel a try. I like the bezel site, either bid on a timepiece or search and find your favorite through their search engine. Long story short, my bezel associate was Blake R. He was fantastic, very responsive and even took the time to give insight on questions I had. The purchase process was very fast, organized and very thorough. I highly recommend BEZEL, the Omega planet ocean I purchased was presented w-clear, consise photos. No hidden fees, charges etc. I also asked for the watch to be delivered to a fedex store for pickup, didn’t want it sitting on my porch for a pirate to snag it. If your on the fence about buying or bidding from BEZEL, don’t sweat it,DO IT!!
