ConsumersEnergy does not support ApplePay!

Every time I try to to make a payment on the online it never lets me. There’s always enough in my account and I just really wish they could fix this so I don’t have to go out of my way every time to pay my bill… other than that it’s a nice layer out platform👍

The site is messed up

ConsumersEnergy does not allow me to log in, so what’s the point?

Every time I try to make a payment it keeps saying Error unable to process

I shouldn’t be surprised the energy monopoly in my area makes a poor app that can’t handle financial transactions so I still have to pay in person. Kudos!

You tell me i have no payment last month then this month i get a double bill and you charge me a late payment please fix this

Every time I try to log in, it says it can’t retrieve my account info. And then the sign out option just forever loads. I have to force close ConsumersEnergy .

No matter how I tried to register for a login it just kept giving me a error message and advised calling the company for help, which I did and only got put on eternal hold, and when selecting their callback feature so I wouldn’t have to be on hold I never got a call back from them so I deleted this crappie app.

Installed ConsumersEnergy and it will NOT allow you to register.

ConsumersEnergy is fine. I mean it works as it should. My problem is with Consumers Energy in general. The way they gouge small businesses on energy costs should be illegal. The rates they charge all of us should be regulated. They’ve been allowed to slowly increase our prices every year because they have NO competition anywhere in our area. It’s a freaking joke how much our bills have increased in the passed few years.

ConsumersEnergy really needs a usage report just like the web page. It would be way more convenient to see my usage on my phone.

ConsumersEnergy looks great and responds well. For some reason my bill payment in app isn’t working so I had to pay on the website.

Please add energy usage and bill forecast like the website.

Easy to use and understand. Recommended

ConsumersEnergy is easy to use and very user friendly. However one thing I haven’t been able to figure out is how to set up payment arrangements without going out of ConsumersEnergy and going to the website.

Makes payment and account changes so easy

Finally!! I have been wanting this for a while. It is so much more convenient to have an app instead of using the website.

ConsumersEnergy is great helps you when power goes out tells you when it goes back on loving it. Also can check how much is your bill.
