I'm trying to add a payment tour and it's not happening. I've sent several maintenance requests with no response. It's not user friendly at all.
I have been using this app software to streamline the management of my portfolio of rental properties for the last 2 years, and I have been in anticipation ever since they announced the launch of a native app.
So far ManageCasa has not been a disappointment, it has all the features you would want to access at a quick glance, and the push notifications are a great way to keep tasks top of mind.
I can’t wait to see it improve with additional features that I’m sure will be released down the line!
I manage 100+ units and had grown a bit frustrated with my property management program at the time. I started to run into issues with a few of my tenants and reached out for some help and it took them 8 DAYS to get back to me!!! I realized I needed to check out some different companies.
The this app team was friendly and their program seemed very easy to use. They assured me that they provided quick assistance when I had issues and would assist me with onboarding my current portfolio which seemed like a nightmare.
They made onboarding so easy for me and so far have been more than helpful with any questions I have and have stayed true to their promise.
From a program standpoint the program is extremely easy to use. I love the in program messaging system, I have customized my tools to match my workflow and they even helped me make a website!

I’ve used a few different property management softwares over the years, some have an app but they just seemed clunky and unorganized. My tenants tend to be younger and have been asking me if this app has an app ever since we signed up, and I can confidently say they feedback has been extremely positive so far. MangeCasa’s mobile app is easy to use, and it helps when we are not by a computer and would like to check something within the system.
