I’m trying to register as a new patient, and it’s saying that they can’t verify my details. I have been with this hospital system for probably 15+ years. I called the patient experience phone number, spoke to a woman who said she was going to send me an email and that I should click the link and go from there. I have not yet received the email. Can access anything, can’t request a refill, can’t request an Appt , and I can’t get through to my Drs office because they’re working with a new system and you’re on hold for almost an hour. Highly upset.
As the title says, myTuftsMed does not work. I can access my Tufts account via a browser (so I know my credentials) but myTuftsMed fails to connect after submitting the exact same credentials.
In the apps iPhone menu there is an option to link with Apple Watch. It reads open myTuftsMed on the Apple Watch. There is absolutely no way to open myTuftsMed on the Apple Watch as it just does not exist on the Apple Watch!! How could this be missed? I just don’t get it.. Awful and upsetting. Also, myTuftsMed has an error while trying the connect to MyChart. The error reads as follows; Error #: «span class="bold"> 13≤/span>

I've been unable to log in since the day I downloaded myTuftsMed (over a year now). I can log in just fine on the web, but the same credentials here? Nothing. Just the same error message over and over: "Something went wrong! Please try after sometime" [sic] (basic login problem aside, I think the typo in such a front and center error message goes a long way to show just how little care and attention has been put into myTuftsMed )
Tufts would like users to trust their security. However, they can no more guarantee their system won’t be breached than the DOD can guarantee that their data systems won’t be breached.
Why should I risk clicking on a link that they send to me if they won’t click on a link that I send to them.
Their philosophy of, “Trust us” has as much traction as any of the many large companies that have had breaches to which they only apologize for after the damage is done.
myTuftsMed says it does facial recognition. Every time I try to login it doesn’t work. Fix it or get another software vendor.
The field for which insurance I have will not fill from the menu selection. Old portal worked..this one does not
Can’t see my health record at all , it like every field is blank not a single record I can view using myTuftsMed
It takes forever to load. It’ll keep on sending the same messages over and over again even though you have read them. I would get a quicker response if I just called my doctor instead of sending him a message via myTuftsMed.
Im using a few times per year and always!!! - update, faceID login stop ti work… a troubles only without a value for me, the customer
myTuftsMed owner should consider to stop waste a money on so bad execution
myTuftsMed doesn’t let me schedule my appointments with doctors I have already seen. They either don’t show up or it will say “no appointments available”. Please fix this.
What an absolutely horrible experience and waste of time even trying to sign up!!! It never worked after filling and refilling info, then it locked me out for too many attempts!?
Very concerning, also, is that they are asking invasive questions about finances that are NONE of their business and where did they get that type of info without my permission?
This is a sketchy and disturbing app.
Calling my doctors office tomorrow to complain!
The portals were much more helpful in displaying patients medical history. Hopefully you just have to work the bugs out. we will be see
Inside myTuftsMed it says link to Apple Watch but myTuftsMed doesn’t actually support it.
Every time we log in, we still have to type ID & password. Are we living in 2010?
Or developers are just lazy?
cannot link apple watch to app like it advertises.
A few issues keep myTuftsMed from a 5 star: no iPad version; there is no place to say Medicare is primary and other insurance is secondary; it should be made much clearer where to sign up for access.
Love myTuftsMed can check all my appointments when I want. And can check lab results
Very easy app. Has good security. Easy to read, well simplified for quick review and detailed views
A little tricky to get your answers right for the authentication, but I appreciate that level of security, and being able to interact with my records and appointments on my mobile is really nice
