I’m trying to register as a new patient, and it’s saying that they can’t verify my details. I have been with this hospital system for probably 15+ years. I called the patient experience phone number, spoke to a woman who said she was going to send me an email and that I should click the link and go from there. I have not yet received the email. Can access anything, can’t request a refill, can’t request an Appt , and I can’t get through to my Drs office because they’re working with a new system and you’re on hold for almost an hour. Highly upset.

No Watch Support despite being in menu..

In the apps iPhone menu there is an option to link with Apple Watch. It reads open this app on the Apple Watch. There is absolutely no way to open this app on the Apple Watch as it just does not exist on the Apple Watch!! How could this be missed? I just don’t get it.. Awful and upsetting. Also, this app has an error while trying the connect to MyChart. The error reads as follows; Error #: «span class="bold"> 13≤/span>

I've been unable to log in since the day I downloaded this app (over a year now). I can log in just fine on the web, but the same credentials here? Nothing. Just the same error message over and over: "Something went wrong! Please try after sometime" [sic] (basic login problem aside, I think the typo in such a front and center error message goes a long way to show just how little care and attention has been put into the app)
