My plantia app hasn’t worked in over a week. I can’t find any contact information and the email provided for them (contact@redacted) by this website is for the support team of LeafSnap, not Plantia.

I was able to take one pic of my plant to diagnose plant disease and the app just stays roaming on that screen. I'm not able to pass that screen to get a diagnose. Please advise.
