I want to unsubscribe. Last month I was charged twice and this month I was charged 4 times for this app. Too bad. It's a good product but I won't tolerate the sloppy book keeping. I am asking to 1. be unsubscribed 2. be reimbursed at minimum for the extra charges ( ie 4 months) Please provide direct contact information. Regards, Helen Griffiths

I did not agree to the subscription and checked the remind me before I agree to subscribe after the free 3 day trial. I was charged on the third day. Please refund my money this is horrible

Misleading

The ad which let me to sign up and pay full price for the services is misleading. The disease diagnostic is worthless. I took a picture of a plant who’s leaves were turning brown to diagnose and two suggestions came back. The leaves on the diagnostics didn’t match the plant or the desease I was trying to identify. I took a picture of a different plant with a different leaf structure to see what would happen. The same two suggestions came back neither matching the leaf structure. Hope the diagnostics improves otherwise this was a wasted $50.
Update; Until the diagnostics improves / or i get a full refund I stand by my rating. I just took a picture of 4 very different plants and all four which are healthy came back with the exact diagnosis.

Scam app not free I’m really shocked that apple let them do this. Scam app reviews say that this one is “wrong” scamming people out of money. HERE HOW!!!! You pick free but It charged you three dollars then automatic subscribe You to weekly subscription $7.
The app doesn’t work well at all. Leave you clueless after it’s done diagnosis. I would like my ten dollars back.
If you respond you’re gonna say you’re not in charge of this it will be Apple so this my evidence to Apple that you con me out of money thank you have a nice day.

This is basically google aside from the water reminder that you could do yourself on your calendar. I wish I wouldn’t have paid money for this. It doesn’t have any of the features I thought it would. My bad for not paying closer attention. I think I thought it was a different one maybe?? Either way I wish I could cancel this and get my money back.
