They should make it clear that unless you have an Apple device this app does very little. No notifications...limited trackers....etc. I would never have purchased if I had realized how little it does. I can do this on my own and not spend the money!

I’ve been able to adjust my time in the past . Tonight the app refuses to allow me to adjust my time . Being able to go to the app an hour after eating and adjust the start fasting to the actual time was imperative . Now all my goals are screwed up . Not happy

I have been using the Lasta app for three days and I love it! However when I went in to start my fasting period, it wants me to pay again. It even says my subscription doesn’t end until September. Please help!

How to fix Lasta app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lasta app on iPhone
Update Lasta app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lasta iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lasta on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lasta network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lasta Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lasta not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lasta App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lasta » click [Force Stop]

Update Lasta to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lasta App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lasta » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lasta.

Fix Lasta unable to contact server/ Lasta internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lasta » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lasta » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lasta
