Hello everyone, I cant describe my frustration dealing with this program. I did purchased a trial for 1 week and immediate I saw that I will be charge 99.99$ on July 3rd . My trial start on 26 of June and since I’ve tried to contact I even send 3 emails to the application inbox requesting a cancellation of future charges but no answer . My transaction was made via PayPal to my bank . PayPal washed heir hands and send me to who charge me a third part . So I need help to get my unauthorized charge back I can even have a number to dispute this .And not only , I can’t stop to charge me over and over when I don’t even use it 😡😡
There is no way of contacting anyone via phone. None of the phone #s work. I want to cancel my subscription I just signed up middle last night. It's not what I expect & hard to navigate. I'd like a full refund of my $54. Please can someone help, this is my 3rd message.
Want to cancel asap! Terrible app that only allowed me access for like 24 hrs. Now app requires payment and account again. I already paid for one month. What a waste of my money!! Want refund to PayPal and cancel to be done with Lasta!!!

I bought the app because it advertised as a better alternative to calorie counting. That the meal plans are created based off of your goals by nutritionists you can trust so that you don’t need to do all of this tedious nutritional calculation work yourself. Sounds great right? Except that none of the nutritional information on the meals make sense. The amount the suggest you eat is often recorded as less calories than one ingredient in the recipe. After taking a closer look, my first day’s “meal plan” had me set to eat only 460 calories. It’s not safe. I contacted the help desk and they said they’d look in to it and that it may not be fixed for weeks. I asked for a refund and she ignored my request. I sent another email requesting a refund. Waited a few days and no response. Don’t trust this app.

I signed up for what I thought was going to be $14 I was charged $49 for a 3 month program. That I can accept but I never received my personalized meal plan program for which was paid for. I received an welcome email and when I went to the app to access it wants me to pay all over again at $39 per month again before gaining access. It states 24/7 support help. The phone number available does not work and know on answers the email. I have been trying for one week to have my money returned or send me my plan. I get no response. Had I received e we hat I paid for this would be an excellent program.

I signed up for 6 months two days ago and yesterday I no longer have access to the app. It’s asking me to join again? Where did my money go? Even when i was in the app, what they advertised on Instagram is inaccurate. While using the app for 24 hours it said I was being billed Again in February 2023. There are obviously many technical issues. I used my Apple Pay and have requested a refund which I should get since I have no access to the app anymore. I recommend everyone stay away from this app!!!!!
