Hello everyone, I cant describe my frustration dealing with this program. I did purchased a trial for 1 week and immediate I saw that I will be charge 99.99$ on July 3rd . My trial start on 26 of June and since I’ve tried to contact I even send 3 emails to the application inbox requesting a cancellation of future charges but no answer . My transaction was made via PayPal to my bank . PayPal washed heir hands and send me to who charge me a third part . So I need help to get my unauthorized charge back I can even have a number to dispute this .And not only , I can’t stop to charge me over and over when I don’t even use it 😡😡

There is no way of contacting anyone via phone. None of the phone #s work. I want to cancel my subscription I just signed up middle last night. It's not what I expect & hard to navigate. I'd like a full refund of my $54. Please can someone help, this is my 3rd message.

Signed up for the program online. After signing up for the trial period, it kept prompting for more and more add ons. However, there was no button that popped up to say no. Such a scam to try to get you to automatically click through. Then when attempting to cancel, no ability to do so in the app. Just takes you to a contact page. Emailed them to cancel. They gave options but didn’t cancel my subscription. I replied immediately to cancel and never heard anything back and they attempted to charge me $99. My card denied the charge thankfully. I have called during working hours, they say no one is available and that it’s not their working hours despite it being so. Emailed again for them to cancel. If they fail to do so I will be having my bank place all attempts as fraudulent and have them refund the money that has been taken out. Not to mention the program is simple intermittent fasting that nobody needs to pay that much for. They need to be way more up front about everything.

You do not need an APP, save the money - anyway, I cannot use it, and support does not reply

Do it by yourself, for free! The APP demand an internet connection to start/stop the fasting period. Because most of my eating time is when I cannot be connected, I cannot track anything.
I wrote to support more than once, I also asked for a (partial) refund, at least for the unused part of the subscription, but nobody ever replied.
So… their lack of response forced me to start tracking it by myself, with no APP, and it is exactly the same. Once understood the basic concept (stay long hours with absolutely no calories intake, forcing the body to use your stores fat), there is no need to buy and pay for it, it is a scenic useless APP
UPDATE: they ignored all my emails. Then I wrote the review. Then they contacted me = they do not care of unhappy customers until you start making noise. That’s not good.

I bought the app because it advertised as a better alternative to calorie counting. That the meal plans are created based off of your goals by nutritionists you can trust so that you don’t need to do all of this tedious nutritional calculation work yourself. Sounds great right? Except that none of the nutritional information on the meals make sense. The amount the suggest you eat is often recorded as less calories than one ingredient in the recipe. After taking a closer look, my first day’s “meal plan” had me set to eat only 460 calories. It’s not safe. I contacted the help desk and they said they’d look in to it and that it may not be fixed for weeks. I asked for a refund and she ignored my request. I sent another email requesting a refund. Waited a few days and no response. Don’t trust this app.
