app crashes when trying to select device from list running A14 Beta 5.1 works fine on daughters phone running A13 hopefully after full release it will work (tried all fixes, none worked)

How to fix BlissHome app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BlissHome app on iPhone
Update BlissHome app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BlissHome iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BlissHome on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BlissHome network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BlissHome Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BlissHome not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BlissHome App
1. On android, goto Settings » BlissHome » click [Force Stop]

Update BlissHome to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BlissHome App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BlissHome » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BlissHome.

Fix BlissHome unable to contact server/ BlissHome internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BlissHome » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BlissHome » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BlissHome
