app crashes when trying to select device from list running A14 Beta 5.1 works fine on daughters phone running A13 hopefully after full release it will work (tried all fixes, none worked)

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BlissHome app issues:

Force Stop the BlissHome App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BlissHome app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BlissHome to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BlissHome App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BlissHome app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BlissHome.

Fix BlissHome unable to contact server/ BlissHome internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BlissHome » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BlissHome » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BlissHome on android.
