I don’t want to explain my story with them, but They will block your account for any reason, and lie to you because of suspicious transaction which you will see your self that it’s just normal everyday transaction. They don’t like cash app because they do not get money out of it. Every penny you deposit you will have to pay a fee for it. If your account is closed you will not get your money they will ask you to contact the financial institutions which you used to deposit the funds to claim the remaining balance left in this stupid bank. Which your financial institution may not do. No checks or refund will be issued from their side. They have my money until today. That’s fine. Do not which the worst for your enemy but for them they will go bankrupt. Developer team don’t respond to this and lie here that you will reimburse simply call your unprofessional customer service that can even read a bank statement. #Xworldwalletscam I can’t wait a lawsuit against you

I had over 200$ dollars on my account I haven’t opened XWorldWallet in a few days I woke up this morning to pay a few bills and my account had a temporary block so I called the customer support and they have told me my account was fraud and they have closed my account I was using this bank as a savings account but they stole all of my money even to my rent money when I called and talked to the customer support they seem to be highly aggressive and acted as if they were annoyed of me calling PLEASE DONT DOWNLOAD THIS BANK THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Actually, they don’t have a customer service they’re slower than a freaking turtle. The card gets declined in pretty much all the retailers. This card is not for the United States a lot of problems all the time with the transfers from the bank with the customer service with an actually bank with the Apple Pay only problems stay away if you want Peace of mind guys.

Saw an ad online and decided to give it a try. Created an account and deposited $100 (which they made very easy) but then was immediately locked out of my account. Took days to contact customer service and then when they finally restored my access, there was no “withdraw” option. It took them another 3-4 days to “evaluate” this issue and then I was told the best option I had was to simply spend all the money on their platform. I told them this was illegal to not offer a withdraw option and then after another few days, I was given a link to withdraw my money, which has still not been deposited to my bank after over 2 weeks. My experience was that the platform is cheap and glitchy, the support staff are unhelpful, and the company is operating at barely above “scam” level.

I’ve been on this earth since 1973 an never in my life had a“”financial institution like this “” Hello any one that is reading this please follow the comments DO NOT install XWorldWallet and give it your personal information , after your account is open 2 to 3 weeks after you were going to experiencing bad experience with this financial institution and their customer service is garbage like a garbage truck it stink

This is an example of absolutely the worst customer service for such a plain and simple app. They still have NOT fixed, NOT resolved & NOT responded to my issue via messages, email or phone. They have blocked my app WITHOUT any explanation to me at all. There should be a ZERO STAR available. I notice on any review that is a 1 or 2 star rating their response is generic and not one of the reviews that were posted did they respond with a solution. There are multiple apps that offer superior service to this one. I absolutely do not recommend XWorldWallet. To this date my issue still remains unresolved.

The X-card really simplifies my life. I can load up the money and use it like a credit card to purchase groceries, pay my bills, and use it in restaurants. Also, I love that you get an email on purchases you made with a balance of your account. Highly recommend!

From the design to the points to the UX of the card. You can exchange your currencies. You can spend money in EUR if your go to Europe or spend it in MXN pesos if you to Mexico. I don’t have to exchange my money at the airport anymore. I can earn point too. Awesome card.

Never really used a digital wallet until I saw XWorldWallet advertised during the opening Messi/Inter Miami game. Really easy to use and was able to send money cross border so quickly and easily. Think it could be a game changer for me.

I have used the this app for several months now and love it. Super easy direct deposit with my employer and love that I receive points that can be redeemed for cash. I ordered a physical card and that works great too.

I absolutely love the P2P. I was able to gift my parents money when they went to Italy. Then they were able to spend like a local without the international fees because you can exchange currencies on the fly. I love the ease.

I called support to see what I could do they and they walked me through on how to create a virtual card! It was really easy and anyone can do it! With that done I could pay anywhere with my phone!
