I don’t want to explain my story with them, but They will block your account for any reason, and lie to you because of suspicious transaction which you will see your self that it’s just normal everyday transaction. They don’t like cash app because they do not get money out of it. Every penny you deposit you will have to pay a fee for it. If your account is closed you will not get your money they will ask you to contact the financial institutions which you used to deposit the funds to claim the remaining balance left in this stupid bank. Which your financial institution may not do. No checks or refund will be issued from their side. They have my money until today. That’s fine. Do not which the worst for your enemy but for them they will go bankrupt. Developer team don’t respond to this and lie here that you will reimburse simply call your unprofessional customer service that can even read a bank statement. #Xworldwalletscam I can’t wait a lawsuit against you

Saw an ad online and decided to give it a try. Created an account and deposited $100 (which they made very easy) but then was immediately locked out of my account. Took days to contact customer service and then when they finally restored my access, there was no “withdraw” option. It took them another 3-4 days to “evaluate” this issue and then I was told the best option I had was to simply spend all the money on their platform. I told them this was illegal to not offer a withdraw option and then after another few days, I was given a link to withdraw my money, which has still not been deposited to my bank after over 2 weeks. My experience was that the platform is cheap and glitchy, the support staff are unhelpful, and the company is operating at barely above “scam” level.

This is an example of absolutely the worst customer service for such a plain and simple app. They still have NOT fixed, NOT resolved & NOT responded to my issue via messages, email or phone. They have blocked my app WITHOUT any explanation to me at all. There should be a ZERO STAR available. I notice on any review that is a 1 or 2 star rating their response is generic and not one of the reviews that were posted did they respond with a solution. There are multiple apps that offer superior service to this one. I absolutely do not recommend this app. To this date my issue still remains unresolved.
