App is buggy, it could be promising if any developer spent time on it.

In theory MyMedicalGuardian is supposed to be used to potentially help save lives.
It’s not TikTok or Snapchat. People are relying on this software to keep tabs on loved ones!!
And it doesn’t work at all.
Not even a little.
You’re real quick to sell the hardware but don’t care about this part of it???
Fix your app!! Beta test it. Make sure it’s working correctly across all platforms. People’s lives are at stake.
Jesus Christ…there are 14 year old kids developing functioning apps. Get it together.

MyMedicalGuardian is useless and the company is a predatory on the elderly. Get an apple watch and their apple watch app instead.

Dose not keep accurate data. Updates are sporadic at best. Customer service slow to respond. Would not recommend.

App doesn’t work - click on device name and it just spins and then never opens. I can only use tracker on computer and even then it’s not accurate

Best go to a different company before spending money on this junk. App only circles and if you are lucky, you will get info from hours ago—or from 1969. MyMedicalGuardian is totally useless.

MyMedicalGuardian works very seldom, and you can’t x out, it just spins and spins. I hope if my mother ever needs help that the necklace will work properly since you almost constantly have to charge it which means it’s not around her neck.

I have a iPhone, loaded app, worked once, tried to open it again and appear to be frozen. Tried several times, reloaded app, same results, app only works once.

Customer service is horrible and was put on hold for an hour more than once. The product didn’t work as advertised. Will never do business with this company again.

Downloaded, requested access to dad’s system. He granted it and got email confirmation. App still says “requested” on next day; delete & reinstall did not fix it. USELESS and disappointing, which makes me doubtful that his wearable device will work either.

Really? No push notifications? Updating location hourly? How can MyMedicalGuardian still not be improved after 4 years of horrific reviews? Is anyone at the company checking the reviews? I was told by the sales person I would get notifications and clearly he was clueless. I really don’t know how this can be functional without them. Otherwise we might as well log in via web browser. Oh, and was not told it costs an extra $2.75 per month for text alerts. Maybe the risk of losing this revenue is why they won’t listen to these reviews after four years about push notifications? 🤔

MyMedicalGuardian is terrible. The company was very highly rated when I did my Google search. But their app is awful. The customer service department is OK but several people I have talked to are very unfriendly. I will try this for a couple months and see if it works. Very disappointed.

Please add a feature to be able to activate push notifications for when my care recipient sends a message. If I’m not proactively checking MyMedicalGuardian or website I’ll have no clue when I have a message. There needs to be the ability for notifications!

Does not keep accurate time. Only updates once an hour. Location accuracy not good. Battery on device takes too long to recharge and runs out too quickly. Not pleased. Fix your app or we’ll get another service. Don’t like trusting my family members heath and safety that can’t measure up

Practically every time I try to login to MyMedicalGuardian it just sits and spins. The same as true with the website! You would hope that a company that is meant to protect your elderly and loved ones would have a better response time for something as critical as this. The company came highly recommended, but their applications and website are horrible at best. Also, you would think that you would be able to set it up for notifications and alerts in case your loved one has an accident. Please do better!

This is one of the worst apps I have tried. We were told it would be able to do many things. Could not assign roles but only got message indicating not selected. No button to choose a role by names. Only thing we could do was add call list people without issue. Tried to set up for my mom and I and we got emails which had an approve button which did nothing but open MyMedicalGuardian which ultimately just opens a webpage instead of an app. On app side on login still stuck on “requested” for access even though approve button was clicked in in email messages to my mom who is account owner.

I would definitely prioritize fixing the time and location issue as this is a critical feature. I also think adding a message feature to MyMedicalGuardian would be beneficial

The time for locations and alerts is east coast time instead of medical device local time. Locations are only noted once an hour. Power and device connectivity is only noted once day.
Graphs over time do not show time axis values. They are are bundled up at y axis intersection. MyMedicalGuardian needs quality and usability check with corrections made. It’s bad what people try to get away with for our seniors.

MyMedicalGuardian is not accurate on the iPhone platform ( IOS). Battery and connectivity always at least a day behind. Charging info for Mini device not accurate. ( verified by 800 number - they show the device fully functional 100% charged, app shows two days ago at 99-95% charged.

I can check to see if it’s charged, and see if my Father is wearing it!

The activity monitor can count steps, but I just like to see he is moving and he is wearing the Mini.
Gives peace of mind, just by looking at MyMedicalGuardian !
