I keep getting an internal server error. I cannot use my app for discounts.

I cannot "Pay" after billing/shipping information is entered. I only have donation selected, is that the issue? I don't understand why it doesn't allow for that or why it isn't working. Makes it difficult to support my sons wrestling team.

We've received this app as a way to donate to my son's football team. Unfortunately, the app will only allow us to enter our personal information (as well as the donation amount), but it will not allow us to click "pay", nor will it continue to the next prompt. This is the same for both Android or Apple devices. We have tried opening the link via email, and it also does the same thing - fine up until the "pay" tab, and then it won't go to the next screen. I keep checking back every day or two to see if it's cleared, though it seems it might be a bug that has not yet been fixed....thought it might be helpful to report the problem. Thank you!

Today I went to redeem a coupon from sonic and it was the buy one get one meal and I clicked redeem and then it asks if I’m sure I want to do this and I say yes and then there is no barcode and no way for them to scan anything so basically I paid full price because I couldn’t redeem because there’s no coupon or barcode. Please advise.

App doesn’t work. Second year I have purchased and cannot get anything to load when I select ‘list’ or ‘map’. This is a scam and I would like answers. Please give me a tech # to call.

I purchased a fundraiser from Orono football team. Local restaurants etc. when I try to redeem, no code shows up to present at store. It just says I have redeemed it.

Trying to donate $25 to my granddaughters Athletic team, and the app stops at the Checkout point. Can you donate just money, and not order any of the items that they are selling? I'm down to just a few days left...please help!

I have purchased a fundraising card and not showing up on my home page.

My sister-in-law, Cassie Stanley, tried to purchase a discount card through my son's high school fundraiser, Dawson Football. She got an error when she submitted the order and she never got a confirmation email. The charge was pending on her bank account and a couple of days later it posted. She does not show up as a supporter of my son so we need to figure out how to refund her money or how to get her on his supporter list/get her the confirmation for the discount card.
