We had 2 sons participating in a fundraiser. One of the links fails to allow any of our family members to purchase through his link and fails to credit him with any “gold cards” sold. RAISE365 itself is clunky and when we tried to redeem something from a local restaurant, the local business has no idea how to actually process it. Please, if you are an organization looking to do your fundraiser, run far far away.

I just purchased a digital card from my local high school. The value I’ve received from using the digital has saved me hundreds of dollars plus I always have my discounts with me because they’re right on my phone!

Seems that no venders have any idea how to let you take advantage of the “perks”. It’s like one guy at these major chains was asked if they could offer a discount but the word never got out to the people that need to know. When you “collect” it just turns a green banner on at the top but that’s about it. Nothing for the vender to scan or even a confirmation code…just a banner that pops up for about 2 seconds…literally.

Paper coupons are so much better! There are issues with fundraiser purchases showing up. When they do show up, coupons 150 mi away are in the list and not coupons for the fundraiser school. When coupons are used, there is no way for retailers to know the coupon was processed/used other than trust of the customer.

I never used the cards they use to sell because I would always forget them. Love that it’s mobile now cause I def don’t forget my phone!

Yikes. I haven’t found such an unstable iOS application for years. It crashes frequently; it doesn’t adhere to Apple’s privacy settings and tracks you while you have RAISE365 in the background, even when you select “only while using RAISE365 ”. This is a mess. You have earned this one-star rating.

The product was overprice for its content with my school getting half the profit. Then you have to pay half in shipping costs. Nobody I know wants to pay that much for the already overpriced product.

Literally a scam. Selling the online discount cards for a school fundraiser. The cards have a hidden subscription as well as a 50% chance for the coupons to work. Would never recommend.

Christmas is the worst time of year to ask for donations, but in the spirit of giving, I gave as much as I could. Then a week later I get a text asking for more. Thank you for making me feel like my contribution wasn't enough

Our POC was Tony. He gave a sub-par presentation, no information just black and white handouts. It lasted less than 5 minutes and was void of any explanations, visuals or energy to support the roll-out. His commission should match the energy he gave our team fundraiser 0%. He failed the kids who are trying to play the game they love.

Company takes 20% of donations made to an organization. There is then a 6% “handling fee” charged in top of that at the time of donation. In our fundraiser there is no product being sold, it is simply collecting donations. They also do not make it clear to the donors that the entirety of the donation is not going to the organization

Have downloaded the app, uninstalled, reinstalled several times and only get a message that "the page you were looking for doesn't exist" when I try to search for deals. It shows my name so I know I am logged in. Next time I will just give the donation directly to the student. Very poor program for those who purchase from the fundraiser.

This App is complete crap! I wish I read these reviews before signing up because every problem listed is true!! I only hope that my granddaughter’s middle school received some sort of financial benefit from this dysfunctional, “Fundraiser!”

This program is a scam. Redemption codes are not sent out to the purchaser of the card. Give your money directly to the organization! Unfortunately you probably can't see these reviews until it's to late.

Our school is using this for athletics fund raising. It has been a total nightmare. The price for these digital coupon books is supposed to be $20, but the app adds $2-$3 more. Some buyers/donators have difficulty installing the app or say they will do it later and never do. They are the lucky ones. Restaurants and other retailers are not accepting the coupons because there is no code to scan or enter. They do not even recognize this app or the promotions offered. The app displays their logo with some kind of deal, but that is all. When you click on the redeem button it just says thanks and nothing else is provided. This looks like a textbook scam.

I purchased cookies to support my granddaughters tennis team at Saratoga Springs High School. I was charged $22.71 on my bank card but never received the cookies and either did my granddaughter.
