8 months agoHello, China Spring ISD/ High School football team just got done selling these cards. I bought a digital one for the subway on china spring rd. In China Spring, Tx. I went to use this card and was told they would do it this time but next time i need a qr code or some kind of discount code to use online. This is not good business practice, so i'm curious if this is on their end or yours. Please help this is a great coupon that i would like to be able to use. Thanks

1 year agoI purchased 4 cards in the fall from Troy ISD. Every card holder noticed that Chicfila is no longer available. Is there a reason? If it’s no longer a choice, we need to get reimbursed. Cards are good until July 2023. Have a care!

1 year agomy son is trying to sell for his school fundraiser, however, there is no share button on his page. the qr code also does not work and says invalid. his name is not an option for people to select when purchasing a card.

1 year agoI have this charge on my account! I have never heard of it! Called my bank, they said it’s an app, I don’t even have the app on my phone! My kids are little it wouldn’t be them! I need this cancelled and refunded asap! Can’t find a phone number to call! I’ll be reporting it fraud as well! Please refund me.

He is currently suspended with pay, I would like to know the balance in our account. My assistant coach Beck McIntyre sent me a screen shot of our balance of $3959. When can we expect payment? 1 year agoThis app took my money, for my fundraiser but it doesn’t show up on the person I sent it to. Where did my money go? Because 220 dollars out of my bank account just went missing.

Just a poor app and service all around
We had 2 sons participating in a fundraiser. One of the links fails to allow any of our family members to purchase through his link and fails to credit him with any “gold cards” sold. The app itself is clunky and when we tried to redeem something from a local restaurant, the local business has no idea how to actually process it. Please, if you are an organization looking to do your fundraiser, run far far away.

Nobody knows what the heck is going on
Seems that no venders have any idea how to let you take advantage of the “perks”. It’s like one guy at these major chains was asked if they could offer a discount but the word never got out to the people that need to know. When you “collect” it just turns a green banner on at the top but that’s about it. Nothing for the vender to scan or even a confirmation code…just a banner that pops up for about 2 seconds…literally.

Horrible App
Paper coupons are so much better! There are issues with fundraiser purchases showing up. When they do show up, coupons 150 mi away are in the list and not coupons for the fundraiser school. When coupons are used, there is no way for retailers to know the coupon was processed/used other than trust of the customer.
