- First payment didn't go through

- PayPal has 2 authorizations

- PayPal won't release the funds until Raise cancels the authorization

- Got $90 Texas Roadhouse gift cards from them a year ago and they were invalid

- Customer service refused to do anything to help

- Have to use the phone number attached to work desk to verify identity

How to fix GCX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GCX app on iPhone
Update GCX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GCX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GCX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GCX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GCX Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GCX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GCX App
1. On android, goto Settings » GCX » click [Force Stop]

Update GCX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GCX App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GCX » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GCX.

Fix GCX unable to contact server/ GCX internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GCX » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GCX » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GCX
