How to fix Lineage2M app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lineage2M app on iPhone
Update Lineage2M app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lineage2M iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lineage2M on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lineage2M network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lineage2M Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lineage2M not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lineage2M App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lineage2M » click [Force Stop]

Update Lineage2M to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lineage2M App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lineage2M » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lineage2M.

Fix Lineage2M unable to contact server/ Lineage2M internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lineage2M » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lineage2M » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lineage2M
