Don’t get your hopes up. No character customization, Pathetic combat system, auto play of course. You kill 50 mobs and then repeat over and over and over and over again.
Also because the mob numbers are always so high you aren’t going to sit there and tap the same button, so you’ll put it in auto play to just sit and watch the screen.
Only people who enjoy playing this are the whales who rush to endgame hoping to boost their ego. It’s not fun, there is no content and is a waste of your time.

This is going to be long. TL;DR- avoid this game like the plague. First off, I can’t remember that last time I played an mmo with ZERO customization. That earned this game a 1 star and I almost deleted it right then and there, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. You’re only real customization option it’s to pick different races, which are also gender-locked. After finally choosing a race for the class I was, let’s say, content with I loaded up and started playing. After finally getting control of my character I realized, in the process of switching races to see what look I liked, it doesn’t remember which class you picked and defaults to the first one. Easy fix, or so I thought. I wanted the name I had so I went about deleting my character since I had no playtime anyway and was hit with quite possibly the dumbest sentence ever read on an mmo character deletion screen. I’m going to paraphrase because I don’t remember the exact words and I’m not about to download this game again just to see what it said. It said “You can not delete characters under level 60.” What?! I’ve been playing mmos for more than 10 years and I’ve never not been able to delete a character whenever I wanted. This notion completely deleted what will I had left to play this game and in turn decided to delete the game itself off my phone. There are much better mobile mmos out there than this. Save yourself some headache and just look for those instead.

Shame on Apple for allowing these trash Pay To Win games to plague the world with mechanics optimized to prey on human beings' tendency to get addicted to gambling and throw away their hard-earned money for nothing more than some data in a database somewhere.

I quit playing this game because it is completely saturated with bots farming currency and players who spend thousands of dollars to be able to one-shot you. That's truly sad because if the game was balanced or not pay to win, it would actually be a fun MMO. And it would not be hard to fix it.

But until Apple bans this kind of exploitative software then can you really blame NC Soft for taking advantage? I imagine Apple makes billions of dollars of revenue off things like this.
