I am unable to activate my total card since I got it. It keeps saying, service unavailable.

I cannot remember my password I went into my username and password and it keeps telling me I can’t find my account

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Total Card app issues:

Force Stop the Total Card App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Total Card app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Total Card to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Total Card App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Total Card app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Total Card.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Total Card » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
