That of course I can’t use. Just like the original invitation to create an account on line which wasn’t compatible with an iPhone, TotalCard will not recognize my account. My card recently expired which I wasn’t aware of. Instead of notifying me they sent me a closed account notification. I called to pay my bill over the phone, (another hassle) the message said my account wasn’t active and transfered me. They accepted my on regularly on time payment and a week later I received a new card in the mail. It’s mind blowing that in this day and age, I have to call them and continuously enter pertinent information to just pay my bill. They’re still doing things old school. I hope they fix the problem and make it a available to all card users. It would be greatly appreciated.

Ps. Thanks for your response but the MyCCpay is not compatible with the iPhone.
You must use a computer to create an account.
In that regards, since I don’t have an account there, I will not be recognized in TotalCard.
I’ll contact customer service.
Maybe they show me how to get around it.

Awesome card , and as we know this is a 2nd opportunity credit card company. Where the APR is high, but a second opportunity to start fresh. For the person that commented above “ so far not good “ the way most credit card companies accepts payment is how you described it. It’s an ACH and the funds have to be guaranteed before they can apply it.

I glad that there is a app now for Total, and it works great. My issue is that I still have to use the website because it does not give me the ability to pay multiple accounts. So TotalCard is no good if I can only use it for one account. That’s why I gave TotalCard 3 stars. Once TotalCard is updated to be able to add more accounts I’ll add the other stars.

After a year plus it’s great to finally have a mobile app. While basic, TotalCard lets me manage my card day to day without issues.

Makes my life so much easier to track my spending and make payments. Thank you for launching this!!!

I have an account already, but it won’t let me log in saying I don’t have an account. I can’t register, I keep getting non specific errors. Really wish I could use TotalCard

Waited 30 days no card, then they ship me new card to wait another 20 days only to pay extra fees just crap stay away!

Finally made an app to pay my bill

The worst costumers service ever! They charged me $ 35 to get the card faster, but guess what I haven’t received the card in 14 days. Total rip off with $85 of so called program fee. Don’t waste your time and money.

Scheduled a payment to come out 9/21. It was debited from my account on 9/1 instead. Customer service was not too helpful.

Save yourself the headache they card you 7 dollars a month and don’t increase your limit for anything don’t get ‼️

When you go to login with your credentials that you use on your laptop it doesn’t work says invalid credentials

It states you can log in using the same credential, but keep getting an error message.

Don’t ruin your credit trying to improve it with this racket. Annual fees are outrageous. Horrible customer service. Long delays and TotalCard is trash.

On 9/7 I scheduled for a payment to come out of my account on 9/10 but it came out of my account on 9/7

TotalCard won’t even load. It just crashes.

This is garbage - can’t log in with credentials! Useless app

Nothing works! I tried the forgot your password feature, doesn't work. Forgot my username feature, doesn't work. I Tried to register for an account, doesn't work. Please make it more user friendly! Some how, some way, it needs to link up with my CC Pay!

I was very happy they finally got with the times and created an app, instead of being so archaic. However, I can’t register. I pay online normally and put in my email and password and nothing. I hit register and it gives me an error code saying that I can’t be registered. No idea why, but I just can’t. App deleted. Useless!
