mediocre customer service

It's been the worst experience I've ever had

About 5 months ago I was at a Bank of America headquarters and an agent introduced me to a Merchant service salesman offering me a point of sale, they told me that I was more than 15 years old with accounts in Bank of America, 3 credit cards and a business account, they also told me that the Company was almost 2 years old and that it would be good to work with them, they offered me their service although a little more

After almost 2 months of use (the system is mediocre) an agent calls me and tells me that my account is under supervision the name of the agent is Freddie, I already have a week with the account blocked in addition to feeling like a criminal, the agent told me that it would take 24 hours to unlock the account, more than 3 days have passed, more than $3,000 blocked, yesterday she told me that she would call, she didn't solve anything, I hope they'll pay me my money but in reality I won't do anything else with them

This is the only way I can complain.

Mediocre service

This is by far the worst Point Of Sale I know.
The user interface is very primitive and kinda useless as you can’t access all the information from past transactions. They have a horrible customer service, first the sales man trying to get me into signing up was pretty persuasive. Then after trying it out a few months, they marked my account for supposed fraudulent activity and on top of that won’t release the funds to me for the last sales I did. And then when I see no positive results and no one reaching out to me, I decide to call them to find out that they decided to terminate my account without notice and without releasing my funds. HORRIBLE.

Horrible software and customer system.

The smaller square device is the main problem. From the beginning when receiving the 2 square devices, everyday in a 8hour business spam time it will act up 5-10 times a day delaying you 10 minutes every time rebooting the device and your phone to have it maybe working again. When trying to have customer support help you resolve it, they will say it’s you phone not them or their software, even when you tell them the same problem happens on both their device and amongst 3 different phone, they can’t help you. Stick with Square and not buy their devices.

A catastrophic application

Buttons and touch screen do not work well at all, it freezing app constantly. The device needs to install while working every time. I really do not expect such a bad thing from the Bank of America!!!

Error code “ no networkConnect!”

We tried,
1. Delete and Reinstall application.
2. Use LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi. ( Speedtest stable)
3. Force RKI.
4. Force firmware update.
5. Allow location.

None of it work!

Even try manual key in payment, still showing “no network Connect!”

I am sure it’s the application problem not the reader itself. Please update ASAP!

Simple Design

I found this application very easy to use. I’m not very good with many of these apps nowadays but this was very user friendly. I myself have had no issues with it so far.

Merchant Services processing funds must be settled into a Bank of America Small Business checking account.

If your merchant account is approved for same day funding, you will have the option to select one funding window to initiate a payout of proceeds to your designated Bank of America Small Business checking account used for settlement.

A Bank of America Small Business checking account is required to apply for a Merchant Services account.
