Either BulwarkExterminating and website both don’t work, or their servers are extremely slow. I’ve tried the website on a computer. I’ve tried the website on my phone (on and off WiFi, along with on and off of a VPN). The browser just times out since it doesn’t receive a signal from the servers. I’ve tried BulwarkExterminating but it doesn’t get past the spinning circle that indicates loading. Pest control services from Bulwark are much better than BulwarkExterminating , so don’t let this be the barrier that keeps customers away!
I just want to pay my bill on my laptop with my bills bookmarks folder. I don’t want or need an app but since they’ve launched this it has caused a system crash, a poor recovery, “late” bill notices from time when I had no access to the system due to outage, and I was forced to download BulwarkExterminating because the web portal still declines all my payment attempts. Incredibly frustrated with the payment systems after already being frustrated with quality of service from this company.
First off, I have had great service from every individual that has treated my house.
I highly recommend Bulwark for their pest control but I can not stand BulwarkExterminating . It feels slow and clunky. The UI is designed for a very old iOS (maybe iOS 10 at best) so it looks old and doesn’t fit the screen at certain points. Half the time it does not work on the first click so I have to do everything twice.
I would change this review to 5 stars in a heart beat if they created a new, modern app.
Fill out service requests, go through all the questions then says you need to call?????
Used the phone system, answered all questions and then it said speak to a human.
Please fix your tech or remove it so we dont waste time engaging o key to be told to speak someone
I have been trying to open BulwarkExterminating for weeks and it still doesn’t open. Called the company that was supposed to call back and still waiting for the call back. Definitely not a good site
Does not work. Cannot sign in though I have been a customer for years. Why does tech get such big salaries for such epic fail.
Never get a verification code after entering in the phone number
Tried to sign in, never received verification code to login.
Found my account quickly with cell# - was able to change payment method on file and pay my bill. Can check billing history, etc.
Excellent service - keeping us bug and pest free!
I have been using more work for eight years now and I’ve never had any problems with pests.

Cannot login/register. Entered phone number associated with account and then entered verification code that was sent. Every time it responds not the correct code. Tried multiple times, gave up, and deleted app.
The next day BulwarkExterminating worked just fine. Thanks for the prompt fix on this. Good app!
