I bought my okp in June. Despite barricading the top of the stairs and it meant to have anti fall technology, it pushed through the barricade and launched itself down the stairs. It now won't work at all. Can I get it fixed or replaced?

I Have a Lafant model M571. The vacuum says "the cleaning brush is stuck" This occurs every minute. The roller bush seems fine to me. I hit the power button and it re-starts, but then after a minute it again says "the cleaning brush is stuck". Recommendations?
Have made 20 attempts to connect to the app to no avail. Even with proper network. I’ve had issues also with the site trying to register my warranty. I keep getting “failed” pop-ups. My K2 works great with the remote, but it’s aggravating trying to connect my K2 to my phone or even register it under warranty. It just doesn’t work as advertised. Sad.

This app is terrible. Bad design, lacking features, and worst of all, it doesn’t have its own Alexa skill. Instead of an exclusive Lefant skill, it forces you to login using Smart Life. The problem is, I already have Smart Life bulbs so when I try to connect the vacuum to Alexa, it logs me out of the bulbs. Basically, I’m forced to choose if I want to be able to voice control my bulbs or my vacuum, but not both at the same time. Terrible! It needs its own skill. Seems like a ton of these imported smart products share the same apps (Smart Life, Tuya, Sengled, Betterlife - they all seem to be the same) and what is more confusing is that I have three different logins all for the same app, because the poor design doesn’t consider that issue. Needs to be fixed. Basically unusable at this point. Also, notice all the fake reviews for this app in broken English. Such a waste.

The m571 works great but the app is an appalling joke I’ve tried to connect using an IPhone no luck then I tried on the IPad to no avail so I’m stuck so far only being able to s heckle it once a day . I guess I’ll have to buy a higher end product and maybe just use this in the bed room or boot room but definitely I won’t buy another one it’s 2021 if you can’t schedule things properly in the smart era then it’s all gor naught hope they enjoy that one time purchase because I will never buy this brand again

I cannot advance to the next part of the WiFi configuration to be able to schedule anything with my vacuum. The vacuum itself works great, but I bought it for the compatibility with Alexa and can’t even connect it to anything. Will be returning.
