Every time I change my password to log in to my account it still tells me it’s wrong. It’s like they’re purposely trying to steal money for you by not allowing you to log into your account.

Title. I can’t even download the book I need offline.

Said they had a textbook that they did not in fact have >:|

Perlego is not user friendly. I can’t even get past the table of contents without it crashing on me. It’s making it extremely difficult to get any of my schoolwork completed. There are major bugs that need to be fixed.

The website hasn’t been much better, but I am able to read the book at least.

Once this class is over I will be removing Perlego and will not be using it again.

Perlego is almost unusable on the IPhone and many of the books are unavailable on my laptop. I cancelled wasn’t worth the 18$ a month as a result.

I downloaded Perlego because online it said it had textbooks I needed then once I got a subscription half of the books promised were not there. When I was reading the one textbook they had, it would change the pages 20 pages further if my phone had been turned onto its side. Very frustrating. Would not recommend.

I just downloaded Perlego and it won’t let me sign up or create an account. It only says ‘Log In’ or ‘Incorrect password or email‘ and this is my first time downloading it

Why have Perlego if when you go in to read a book it sends you to the website in order to read it? There’s no option to read it on Perlego so why have Perlego ?

Page numbers are essential for referencing sources for research so this is a deal breaker for me.

To make a long story short, after the recent update I was unable to download any of my books that have been automatically offloaded from my device saying they had expired. Since the downloads kept failing I decided to delete Perlego and reinstall it, after reinstalling and logging in all of my reading history has been lost in my library isn’t even showing the last two books that I read in or tried to download. What a flop and super frustrating! All my notes and highlights were also lost.

App freezes often when reading books! I have to kill Perlego and restart. Very bad user experience!

Just waiting some improvements on Perlego , takes way too much time to open, impossible to interact and handle many ebooks at the same time, crash frequently, using on an iPad. Like I said great concept app but.

There are things I like and things I don’t like about Perlego and service. I like the fact that I have access to so many books. Even though some are unavailable, my subscription will easily pay for itself throughout the year. That is going to be the reason I will continue my subscription.

However, there are many things that seem to be wrong with the code when I am using Perlego and the website. I use Perlego for the highlighting feature, but some of my highlights don’t stick depending on how I am using Perlego . I think I changed my password one time and that is how I lost all the highlights from a book I had read, which was frustrating.

I also would like a search feature within the book for when I lose my highlights. I had to go through a significant portion of the book again to get some of them back.

I’m also using my screen reader when I am using Perlego , because it helps me get through the book faster when I can have it read to me, and this is really glitchy. But, it still works and I’m using this for supplemental research for school rather than my primary textbook so I can work around the glitches. It is still priceless when you consider how much I am getting out of this by comparison with a regular web search for researching purposes.

Hopefully, it will continue to improve as time goes on, but still worth getting in the meantime.

I love Perlego, it is a great tool for reading and studying. I wish one could add page citations rather than a holistic book citation. Please add apple pen support!

I had no idea how much having access to all of my books in one place would be so helpful. I’m a super disorganized person and wasted so much time looking for things. Search no more thanks to this app!

Perlego has improved a LOT I will definitely renew my subscription next year. I love the international selections and languages, and you can finally add books to work spaces!!!
They really have listened to the feedback and I hope they last a long time as a company.

Thank you for providing this service, I am really learning a lot through access to your library! And so affordable, worth the gas I save not driving across town to the public library every week.
