Was excited for the app to finally go live after initial delays. Paid for the year to get a reduced monthly rate, and jumped into the advanced plan. The programming was okay, but after you finish the first six weeks, that’s it, no more advanced programming. I reached out through the app to ask about more programs being released, and they said they were in the works. Weeks have gone by now and nothing. Literally paying for nothing now. Super frustrating. Reached out for a refund but of course, no response. Don’t waste your money.

Tried the 7 day trial and the work outs all seem the same. 3 training plans and the daily “quick workout” is almost always the same. There is little to no variety. I love Tim Kennedy but I’m a bit disappointed from seeing the workouts he posts and these are the workouts he gives us. Was looking forward to EMOM or AMRAP incorporated.

THE TRAINING - The actual programming from the coaches look pretty good but there are a few issues. There are no alternate exercises so if you’re missing a piece of equipment, too bad. There are no program descriptions (program goal/fitness level/training modality). There are no RX weight for any of the exercises. There are only 3 plans available, which you have to pay to see. Looking through a program to try to identify what equipment/exercises you will need if you decide to select that plan is a giant pain because of the way workouts and programs are laid out.
THE APP- videos take way too long to load or just crash and don’t work at all. A lot of exercise names get cut off and you can’t read the names of the exercises. No written description of exercises forces users to use broken video.
I understand this was launched a couple days ago and there will be bugs but for $15/mo it would have been nice to see something better. This app feels rushed to market.
