This thing wants more permissions to access the phone functions ,pictures ,photos, text and web history and GPS locations and your phones contact list way more than Facebook and it’s just for a little plasma donation center I don’t think so. they’ve also canceled the referral program unless forcibly going to install this is the only way you can do a referral

I don’t like that I’m charged extra .50 cents on certain payments and the transaction history isn’t accurate at all, I’ll buy something and the payment doesn’t show up in the transaction history 👎🏽

OctaApp is extremely user friendly & simplifies the whole donation process!

The Associate, Ashley did an amazing service. Definitely deserves a raise with how nice she is plus she has a great personality. She's not dull at all.

I am a donor , i loaded OctaApp and get to accepting the agreement and it will let me click on it but that’s far as i can go.

OctaApp only works on the sites WiFi. It’s pretty garbage and freezes constantly when it does work. 1 star is me being generous

I come to donate plasma and it’s so different now because it’s understaffed and it’s crowds that come all day and it takes more time to wait to donate den the actual donation smh

OctaApp is terrible and vertically useless. Someone please help me reset my password

Hard to believe that plasma donation has come this far, but yet we are in future now, no need to walk in and lose time signing in or have to use a QR code to get to a website, now OctaApp has made it really easy to see all the info we use to guess at. It is so simple to view data and check even my card balance, checking in made easy all by OctaApp , even more so on how much I will make if I go again that was a hand clapper to say ok time to return again. Not only does the plasma helps others in need but OctaApp now helps us volunteers make life even more easy to know when it is time to return to give yet again!

I have OctaApp on both my Android and iPhone but for some strange reason OctaApp shows a blank screen on the iPhone. OctaApp works perfectly fine on my Android which is appreciated but I would rather carry or keep up to date on my iPhone since it has replaced the Android for daily use. If this issue can be resolved I will gladly and gratefully give OctaApp the 5 star rating it deserves because it is really great.

OctaApp will not send a code to my email address to reset my pass word

I have been trying for a week to reset my password and not once have the code link been sent to my email. I’ve checked spam, checking back throughout the day….still nothing. I’ve asked an employee if they could reset it at their facility and was told no. I tried a customer service number on OctaApp they said they could not help with this matter as they do not have access (why put the number in contact us) to this app. The computer systems at Octapharma are alway malfunctioning and I was told it’s best to get OctaApp . This is now becoming a task and very time consuming. I would stop going here just because of this due to having to wait longer in lines caused by the checkin systems being down. They get way too much money off our plasma not to have a resolved this issue by now.
