The app online and identifying information are all unclear or have no correct way to clear info i type for business in order to do time saving doings please check from my phone to your company network for our problem not being able to connect contact number 561 583 3422 thank you troubleshoot do restore new phone new info
I need to update the app or Support needs to fix my app so can login. I was part of the recent age limit "policy" and now the app does not show the usual next donation date but instead "Please visit your center for more details" which I did. It was explained that some medical staff needed to look at my account to clear which apparently happened cause have donated several times since but the app has NOT been updated. I have to do the questionnaire at the donation center kiosks now which doubles the wait time.

I have the App on both my Android and iPhone but for some strange reason the App shows a blank screen on the iPhone. The App works perfectly fine on my Android which is appreciated but I would rather carry or keep up to date on my iPhone since it has replaced the Android for daily use. If this issue can be resolved I will gladly and gratefully give the App the 5 star rating it deserves because it is really great.
