7 months agoI need to update the app or Support needs to fix my app so can login. I was part of the recent age limit "policy" and now the app does not show the usual next donation date but instead "Please visit your center for more details" which I did. It was explained that some medical staff needed to look at my account to clear which apparently happened cause have donated several times since but the app has NOT been updated. I have to do the questionnaire at the donation center kiosks now which doubles the wait time.

This thing wants more permissions to access the phone functions ,pictures ,photos, text and web history and GPS locations and your phones contact list way more than Facebook and it’s just for a little plasma donation center I don’t think so. they’ve also canceled the referral program unless forcibly going to install this is the only way you can do a referral

Terrible app. Your better off waiting
This app only works on the sites WiFi. It’s pretty garbage and freezes constantly when it does work. 1 star is me being generous
