My COVID Status stopped working a few days ago and I uninstalled it and I am now having great difficulty reinstalling it. The problem is that when I get to the section where I have to give a new password each one I enter gets rejected saying ‘A user with the specified ID already exists’ … I then tried several purely random passwords and the same thing happened. This is obviously utter nonsense and is clearly a blocking mechanism. I have spoken to two nhs inform people, neither of were of any help and it is clear that there is no real technical help back up. This situation is very frustrating because when it was working it was very useful, indeed necessary for international travel. Now it looks like I will have to go back to hard copy due to this useless app and your failure to provide a proper technical problem solving back-up.
App doesn't open - demands I start all over again with establishing ID. Was fine a fortnight ago! What is going on?
The app is not working. How do I get my covid status. It's not recognising my details and my passport photo.
I can download a pdf showing my Covid Vaccination Status. However I cannot see my Vaccination status QR code on this app. When I call the 'helpline' number, the waiting time increases the longer I wait. Is there anyone there at all? I urgently need a presentable Covid Vaccination Status document in two days time to travel to Netherlands. How do I get this document? thank you
