I just had my car towed because of your app not working. You should have recorded when I made my profile at 12:15 today. I paid and my car got towed as I was working. When I was at the tow yard another woman was towed with the exact same issue. The hotel I worked at said it’s been a constant problem. I will be in contact with my lawyer and the better business bureau to deal with this. I paid $452 to get my car out. All because this app has issues that apparently are chronic. I contacted the manager of the tow company and he hung up on me. I am disabled and was stranded alone in a dangerous area due to your malfunction. I hope you can help me resolve this situation.?
