No way to delete. Sketchy.
If I’m giving sensitive data and financial details to an entity, I should be able to delete my account and easily request the deletion of my data. That lack of account-deletion feature, along with the outdated (and obviously template-based) website, make ParkUp a super skeezy app.

The QR code didn’t work
I used the QR code which just kept sending me in a circle to download the app, which I had done. There’s no way to just type in the address you are at as an alternative because the gps was not finding my location. The attendant had no information besides “download park up” and I had to go to an atm and pay that way. I use QR code’s to park around LA all of the time and have never had any issue.

Privacy nightmare
I don’t like the idea of a random company building up a database of phone numbers, credit cards, and plate numbers all linked together. You can’t delete your account which is also icky.
