I was told to update to the new app because the old app was no longer functional. I have to log in every time with the new app (old app saved login information). Why change things that are working well and make it more difficult?
Don’t waste your time with this hot steaming pile of crap. Went to the dr for my vision and a company called EYEmart express, used card and they needed more documentation.
Ok, this isn’t the first time so while filing a claim, EBCentral can’t even handle 2 uploaded pictures. Kept closing and freezing. Finally uploaded one of the receipts and was denied.
Called customer service and they recommend doing it online, so the point of EBCentral is what ?!?!?!?
For an industry that’s been robbing people blind for decades, they can do way better but choose not to.
EBCentral always requires the password even after “enabling” Face ID in settings. This may seem like a minor inconvenience, but in a world of smart passwords, it saves a lot of time. Don’t bother with EBCentral , use the computer and desktop version.
It doesn’t matter that you just reset your password for the 10th time… it won’t accept it. Seriously, the only app that gets worse with each update
WHEN EBCentral loads, it takes a long time - like ten minutes per page. I’d say 90% of the time, it doesn’t load at all.
EBCentral is a complete waste of time. Complete garbage. Provides no info not even my balance. Pathetic!
EBCentral won’t log me in. I am using the correct username and password. I am logged into my computer right now using the same credentials.
I am able to access my online account via my PC, but when entering the exact same credentials through this mobile app, I’m receiving an error that my username or password is incorrect. I’ve already called customer service and they’re supposed to be reaching out to IT. Very frustrating!
I have to enter my login info every time I need to get on EBCentral . Extremely annoying and inconvenient. Didn’t have to do that with the old app. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
Got an email at work to update to this new version of EBCentral . I did that. Logged in. It spins and spins and spins to load. After it finally loads there’s a blank screen and none of my info is in there. Fix it, please.
*Update: The developer responded that they fixed the problem, and I logged in, and it is working. I will change my review based on that. Thank you for the quick response!
Default button on the 2 factor page where you enter the code resends the code. So, if you click the code from messages on a text message, it resends the code instead of verifying it
Sending in my claims and documentation for card swipes is so easy now. Great work. Can you add the option to replace cards, and maybe a dark mode? Like maybe dark gray background and a medium green and white text would be nice because The white and light green are very bright.
