How to fix Dreamily app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dreamily app on iPhone
Update Dreamily app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dreamily iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dreamily on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dreamily network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Dreamily Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Dreamily not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Dreamily App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dreamily » click [Force Stop]

Update Dreamily to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dreamily App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dreamily » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dreamily.

Fix Dreamily unable to contact server/ Dreamily internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dreamily » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dreamily » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dreamily
