I downloaded a radio 4 app instead of BBC. Y mistake. I do not want to pay for apps and it took instant payment as soon as I touched to download. I did not want this and I would like a refund. I’m have not opened the app. What do I do?

How to fix Radio Live app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Radio Live app on iPhone
Update Radio Live app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Radio Live iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Radio Live on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Radio Live network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Radio Live Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Radio Live not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Radio Live App
1. On android, goto Settings » Radio Live » click [Force Stop]

Update Radio Live to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Radio Live App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Radio Live » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Radio Live.

Fix Radio Live unable to contact server/ Radio Live internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Radio Live » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Radio Live » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Radio Live
