TouchTunes Status

I've lost over 50 credits. Just get a purple screen with the touchtunes logo. This is happened at least three times.

App doesnt work anymore. Unistalled, reinstalled. Robbed me of 60 plus credits on my phone. Cant download at least 75 credits of bar free, Brent

The rewards program is no longer working in the North Platte, NE area. No emails for credits. No transferring of credits to others or seeing who is logged in.

The search will not work on touchtunes. IE: I am not able to type in an artist or a song in the search.

Can't load my locations. Constantly says reload with nothing happening. This has been going on for weeks now! I HAVE LOTS OF CREDITS LEFT! H E L P. ! ! ! !

Touchtunes cannot find my location on android 12. (Gakaxy A13 4G).

The app. asks me to log in every time I go to it and, far worse, if I have the brass neck to select a song, it asks me to log in again. This happens with EVERY SINGLE SELECTION.

Its been 4 weeks and Touch Tunes cant find a location of bars or show my credits. They were awful nice to give me replacement credits however I can see those either! This is affecting Samsung Galaxy 20 series phones.... Sounds like other phones as well are having issues.

Touchtune app closes when I try to purchase credits

I downloaded the app, but I cannot locate the bar that I am at. Yes, they have the TouchTunes juke box, and it is online. The app on my iPhone 12 can locate several bars, but not Happy Ours in North Charleston, SC. I have my location services on, and I have friends who have the app on their phones, and their phones recognize Happy Ours. I have re-booted my phone. I have uninstalled the app and re-installed it several times. Nothing is working. What am I doing wrong?
