Just updated to new features and it's awful! Thought my device was broken, the sound quality of RL is breaking up and it's impossible to make music. Played a recording session from yesterday and sound quality is beautiful. Plus it means my device is working well whilst remixlive is not!

How to fix Remixlive app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Remixlive app on iPhone
Update Remixlive app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Remixlive iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Remixlive on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Remixlive network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Remixlive Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Remixlive not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Remixlive App
1. On android, goto Settings » Remixlive » click [Force Stop]

Update Remixlive to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Remixlive App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Remixlive » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Remixlive.

Fix Remixlive unable to contact server/ Remixlive internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Remixlive » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Remixlive » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Remixlive
