I’ve tried over and over to get a reset of my password. It keeps saying password reset invalid The person I buy from doesn’t seem to be able to fix it either Every time I get an email I do the same thing Get the same message. I need to get in to order. Please help

Seint iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix Seint app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Seint app on iPhone
Update Seint app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Seint iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Seint on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Seint network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Seint Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Seint not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Seint App
1. On android, goto Settings » Seint » click [Force Stop]

Update Seint to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Seint App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Seint » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Seint.

Fix Seint unable to contact server/ Seint internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Seint » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Seint » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Seint
