My hearing aids appear to be switched. When I turn the volume up on the left the sound increases on the right and vice versa. Any suggestions?
my hearing aids quit working on thrive when idle for a few minutes. i have to turn aids off and on to reestablish connection. dennis
I purchased and started wearing my Evolv AI 2400 series on 9/29/2022, I downloaded the Thrive app at clinic and started familiarizing myself without any problems. Less than 24hrs later I was having problems with my left hearing aid losing connection with the app. It has happened twice in the first two days I’ve worn these devices. Since these hearing aids are under warranty, I plan to insist that they work as advertised. I really hope that the problems are addressed and repaired, I like the ability to control my hearing aids.
Bluetooth is only working in one ear. I've tried force stop several times and even reinstalled app.
New Evolv 2400 since couple of weeks. Translate does not work. Can not change direction microphone. Starkey says ”talk to clinic” ”Clinic says ”talk to Starkey”. The symbol ”microphone” is just gone. Should be after ”wind reduktion”. Any ideas?
I have an iPhone SE and am running THRIVE app v. 3.4.1. I have a balance problem Left to Right. When I save a create a custom setting and boost the left volume I can fix the center image problem. Problem is: When I want to turn the volume down (over all) by using the volume controls on the hearing aids ... the first thing it does is reset the volumes to equal. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. I want to save the settings and be able to move them up and down with a click on the BTE Starkey hearing aid. Not sure if this is a glitch in the new app version, or even HOW I got the new version of the app. Needing help.

I acquired my hearing aids yesterday, so I am trying to use Thrive. When I establish the Bluetooth connection, allow Thrive to manage and press "Continue" when "hearing aids are connected", the next screen says "Hearing Aid Not Found".
Thrive app doesn’t pick up my livio hearing aids since the app was updated a few months ago. It’s currently June 2022. Yes all my devices are updated. Yes I’ve done all the things in accessibility.
Program continues to drop connection. Always do a force stop to reestablish connection. Cannot set up the fall alert. Had it set up and now I always get a message to setup fall alert. After I put in the last screen, it sends me back to the start of the setup.
Thrive is in constant loading mode, it tracked some of the days events and then erased it started from zero. Right and left ear bud shuts down and streaming of music works sometimes.
Having trouble connecting hearing aids
I use iPhone 13 with the Thrive app and it works well for a week or 2 and then crashes. Twice I had to reset and clear out everything on my iPhone and start from scratch to get the Thrive app to connect. Currently I am running IOS 15.4.1
