Follow these steps to resolve intermittent EcoOnline EHS app issues:

Force Stop the EcoOnline EHS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click EcoOnline EHS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update EcoOnline EHS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EcoOnline EHS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "EcoOnline EHS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch EcoOnline EHS.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:
