Hello, I placed 3 orders on Tuesday, 1/17/23. My 1st order #6515591 $115.32 (9 items) - I tried twice to process it through my PayPal account. Both times it kicked back. I then just placed that order directly using my credit card and it finally worked. That cc is the same card I have attached to my PayPal acct. Even though the 2 attempts using PayPal didn’t process with you all, I was charged twice via PayPal and a 3rd time when I used my cc directly(which is the one that did go through via your site). Looking at my Seint acct, I only see the 2nd and 3rd order I placed on 1/17/23, not the first order mentioned above. I’m I reading thing incorrectly? I so want all 3 orders. I have placed a total of 5 orders since the beginning of December. I understand Tuesday was a landslide for you all and you’re working to get things ironed out. Please advise asap.

Why do you make it so freaking hard to have a customer service number? I don't want to go through an artist nor have I ever had to. But yet I can't get a damn order number because I can't get that far, because you won't let me just buy it! Why? I live 2 hours from you and I can't even order makeup because your red words constantly constantly come up saying something else is wrong.
